How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will receive an email confirmation with a QR code. You can download your tickets onto your phone's wallet if you wish. No need to print 

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online.  We can change the date of your visit if you email us at info@finkleydownfarm.co.uk

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

No need to print, we can scan your booking straight off your phone screen 

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes we do have paths but some grassed areas can become very muddy during poor weather.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

If there are spaces available you can purchase tickets on the day, but if we are full, then you cannot. .

Can I make a group booking ?

Yes you can please fill in the enquiry form to check availability at http://www.finkleydownfarm.co.uk/visit-planner/group-visits/ at the bottom of the page and we will get back to you to confirm your booking.
